Why Should YOu give?

Giving is an important part of the Christian faith. As 2 Corinthians 9:7 states "Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver." At Weaver Baptist Church, we strive to be cheerful givers of our time, talents, and treasures. We believe that giving is an act of worship and that it is an opportunity to express our gratitude for all the blessings in our lives. We give to God out of love and obedience, not out of obligation.
